What to check after checkout
Check rubbish, obvious stains, damage and belongings left behind. Follow the agreed process for reporting to the host.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Check linen, bedside areas, mirrors, toilets, floor traps and guest supplies one by one.
Kitchen and living areas
Sinks, worktops, the outside of the fridge and touchpoints such as remote controls are easy to overlook.
The final handover
Agree on completion photos, key handover and the time everything needs to be ready.
