Deep cleaning or regular cleaning: what does your home need?
It's about the scope of work, not simply paying more for the same clean. This guide helps you ask useful questions and explain the job clearly. Every site and provider is different, so use it as a starting point rather than a substitute for a site assessment.

What regular cleaning covers
Regular cleaning focuses on frequently used surfaces and day-to-day upkeep.
What deep cleaning adds
Deep cleaning may include gaps, stubborn grease, limescale and areas that haven't had attention for a while.
What may not be included
Check first whether moving large furniture, cleaning inside cupboards and treating special stains are included.
How to explain what you need
A few photos of problem areas are more useful than asking for “the whole house to be cleaned”.
A message you can use for your enquiry
“Hi! I'd like to arrange cleaning in Malaysia. The location is ___, the property type is ___ and the area is about ___. My preferred date is ___, and the main things to clean are ___. I can share photos. Could you check team availability and let me know whether a site visit is needed?”
